Engine leash for Genesis Coupe 3.8 V6 2010-2016

The Engine Leash is a simple performance mod that prevents the engine from moving under hard acceleration. The benefits are the same as solid engine mounts, but without the added noise and vibration, plus it’s cheaper and easier to install.

Works on any BK1 and BK2 3.8, both manual and automatic transmissions.

– Great hooning mod
– Better off the line acceleration
– Significantly improves response to throttle
– Tightens up the car under hard acceleration
– Reduces or eliminates the shifter rattle
– Improves power shifting/no-lift-shift by keeping the shifter in place (eliminates missed shifts)
– Will improve 60ft times
– Harder launches (assuming you have traction)
– Saves wear on engine mounts
– May fix grinding issues on manual transmission vehicles
– Pairs nicely with the Megan transmission mount

Comes with installation instructions. Installation take 5-10 minutes and requires simple hand tools.

I bought this piece along with the Tro Potent Booster Throttle Controller and it made the car a lot more fun to drive. Easy install and an inexpensive way to wake the car up.

Had some complications with my order but it was all on USPS and not BTR or 3P8P. I’ve had it on for a few days now and I can definitely tell a difference in throttle response and shifting. I have a 2010 3.8 AT and even with the AT I can feel cleaner shifts down and up. Definitely needs to be tighten a few times after you put it on because of the break in, I’ve been tightening mine every 50 miles or so. But overall it does a lot especially for what it costs.
